By now everyone knows General Kabaka was framed up, Gobel Bean lied to the police, filed two false police reports and lied to the Grand Jury!

Gobel Bean said that the General was at his house threatening him at about 6:35 p.m. Thursday, October 6th 2005. The General obtained a restraining order from the courts earlier this very day to keep Gobel Bean away from him given this same crackhead had him arrested Oct 1 under similar false pretenses.

By now, most people know that on Thursday, October 6th at 6:35 p.m. The General was at The Bell Event Center at Pendleton & Reading Road at a political forum.

There is no doubt that Gobel Bean is less than credible and a liar!



Why would people lie on The General?

Why would a certain group of people further dupport an unconstitutional$250,0000 cash-only bond?

Why would so-called "activists" support "Junebug" and his criminal gang in his illegal attempt to imprison The General?

Let's quickly review and examine three individual's roles in particular.



#1 The General is no longer screwing "Nikki X " (and hasn't been for years, hence the less than three year old child by another more mantronly woman) and that is her main problem with The General! 'She' did not testify for The General when Lt Butler, a white racist police officer, lied on The General (Yet 'she' was still calling herself The General's woman at that time); However, at this Frame Up trial she was on the prosecution's witness list to testify against The General along with Lt Butler (we still do not know what Butler had to do with this Junebug matter). What does Nikki X, Lt Butler and JuneBUG'S criminal gang have in common? Why would The General want to be with this filthy Jezebel? She is less than a woman. She IS psychotic.



#2 Anthony/Tony Woods X, herein refered to as the Pink Panther Rapist, (tPPR)** is JEALOUS of the General. The General has been nothing but kind to this punk. The General even entrusted tPPR some of his nostalgic belongings (ie limited edition Malcolm X Postal Stamps, A Red Black & Green Flag from a deceased legendary black activist) and stood strong with tPPR in the spirit of Dr Khalid Muhammad -- a true soldier. What did The General get in return from this convicted criminal/attempted rapist?
tPPR punking out and leaving The People's General often alone on The Front Lines of potentially dangerous protests. The Pink Panter Rapist co-signed onto this Frame Up matter to destroy The General and all The General ever did was stand with this "brother," despite tPPR's shortcomings toward The General.



#3 "Nate X" has a love - hate obsession and lust over Joy Rolland. "Nate X," -- along with "Nikki X" and "Stinkin' Lincoln Ware X" -- are obsessed and jeaslous of The General's special relationship with Joy Rolland.
Nate Livingston X called The General while he was at the Bell Event Center 10/6/05 and asked The General about the event. Both The General and Nate X were both on a mission to stop David Pepper from becoming mayor at that time. So little coon "Nate X" knows the truth !!!



The Bible mentions something about a whore being hired for a loaf of bread; Well, How much did George "Junebug" Beatty pay these three phony, so-called "activists" to help in Framing Up The General?

May these sick and wacky X'd-out activists have a great "Valentine's Day" in the same spirit of savagery as this pagan day's origin. Junebug's Restaurant is evidently in a great deal of trouble as it pertains to the legal aspect of the ghetto bbq pork n grill in the West End.

It seems that several small, desperate plugs have been making their way onto blogs and Coon radio stations locally to offer damage control for JuneBUGS' whole in the wall restaurant. You see, the restaurant and it's owner/inhabitants have severely suffered where "image" is concerned.

So it was sad to me, when it was reported that a "dear, old mammy*" figure, was used today on local black COON Radio to offer some whiny diatribe of how "good" and "nice" of a "business man" this COON Junebug is: She claimed he "came to see about her," "brought her some chicken and black eyed peas." So, I guess the Cincy Black community's problems are therefore solved!!!! Junebug is hereby dubbed a good, decent, law-abiding, upstanding, non-killa' kinda guy for this meager gesture toward a known elderly coon.

Oh JUNEBUG's: It won't work! The gig is UP! The people don't want you in the West End! They have spoken with their dollars. Give 'em all the free chicken in the world, and they won't come back. You can't fuck over a life-long West End soldier ("Kabookie the clown" was it?) and think that the people are not going to respond. They have clearly responded by saying they are NOT going to spend their monies at the "BBQ Mafia!" (JuneBUG's Restaurant)

The people can't, don't, and won't support the "legal" side of your "business operation" down there.

* We respect our elderly and mammy's because they had no choice. We understand that our elderly are often taken advantage of.

On the way to the meeting, my warrior friend (The People's General Kabaka Oba) and I saw that little d*cked, literally no furniture havin', lousy, criminal NATE LIVINGSTON lurking and slithering about the County Administration building like the snake that he is(where the Hamilton County Commissioner meetings are held.) Since we have been there just about every week and haven't been seeing the little coon in recent times, we figure he must have been there like the snitch ass bitch he is trying to whine to his white masters (perhaps like Phil Heimlich maybe ???) about staging an arrest on me at the meeting.

He couldn't even look The General in the face. Talk about a sissy.

The General and I speak within the first 10 minutes of the meeting and then get the hell out of dodge. Check us out. Catch the commisioner meetings in reruns at the following times:

I'm doing the following back-and forth response for fun and to finish this bitch off (NATE LIVINGSTON)*. Please don't take my responses as a way of validating him. The best way to drive the attention starved crazy is to NOT give them validity of too much a response. (as in the case with "Thomas Jerfferson" and his personal "Sallie Hemmings" over at the beAcoon blog.) I do it because Payback is a mutha, as written in an entry titled similarily here at JRs blog.



Don't got a lot of time but here it goes
Nate said in an entry at his blog about Oba:
He is nearly 50, no education, doesn't own anything, too dumb to save money (couldn't make bail), adult sons in jail, has a small child from a one night stand, proves that you don't always get wiser as you get older. To be nearly 50 and never have accomplished anything is beyond sad.

The little coon, Nate, is mid thirties and has accomplished absolutely nothing! He tells the public that he is a student...a law student, isn't it? Nate has not even finished undergrad there at UC. Nate has not even been accepted into the law program at U.C. Yet he continues telling people he is studying to be a lawyer. He has always wanted to be Fanon Rucker (and other legitimate juris doctrate bretheren) which is why he works to destroy Fanon every time Fanon attempts political gain. The likes of Fanon merely laugh at Nate and consider him gum on the bottom of their shoes. A couple of times, Nate almost had to get that ass whooped just for crossing the line. But in other words, Nate is like a nuisance to local, Black successful attornies (and sometimes you swat or set traps for rodents) ...not a threat.

The People's General Kabaka Oba has a young child, yes. (Not by the pyscho She-man X Nicole "Nikki X" Davis": Not child rearin' or matronly material there)
Here's the thing about Oba: He pays for this young child and participates in his life as well as his elder children. "One night stand child"? Not so. But even if, this child is well loved and taken care of and not by the taxpayer. Just ask those children's mothers.

Now, "children" make stupid choices when they're grown and from under their parent's nest even after having been reared "properly. "

The contrast is: Nate, who IS making horrible choices that I'm sure his jackleg preacher daddy Nate Sr. and his dead mama would not have approved of. I'm sure Nate's nice mama wouldn't have dreamed that the week she died--before she was even funeralized and six ft under--this fool would choose to assault people outside of some black event where he and his white 'baby moma' got they asses whooped. (Remeber the famouse hi-heel shoe incident, folks? The little coon has the scars to prove it.)

On a side note, FYIs about the folks Nate currently speaks so poorly of:

• "Ralph Cramden/Michael Bailey" was there to save Nate from more blood and scars. Oba stepped between the little coon and the women who were royally beatin' Nate's ass!!!
• "The 50 year old loser" came to Nate's mother's funeral to support him.
• "The punk" saved Nate's ass from further getting whooped by that cop Orlando Smith that picked up & slamed Nate like a bitch down at a Findly Market protest.
• This same Kabaka Oba (the correct name for him) has also sacrificed many times to personaly testify on Nate's behalf in the court system.
• "The whore" was concerned enough that she contacted Kabaka the day she heard that the little coon's mother died. She just wanted to know how Nate was doing even despite her differences with him at that time. Like I stated, didn't know that within the next two days he'd be picketing and back to attacking me on the now defunct "CJC message board."
  
  #2 Nate also has an out of wedlock kid under the age of three, and he is NOT providing the services he needs to that child nor the other three children he claims. Ask those mothers. Don't make me have to go and find the links to the newspaper clippings.
  
  Oba's kid in jail? Nate's oldest out-of-wedlock daughter was in a mental institution. This happened after That child's mother gave over custody to the daddy of the year. Not only did Nate keep picketing when his own mammy's blood hadn't yet gotten cold, he kept picketing and leaving this child neglected while under his "care" and at the time choosing that same white woman (whom he later got pregnant) over staying home and looking into the troubled teen youth. I HAVEN'T EVEN DROPPED IT ON YOU READERS WHY THE CHILD WAS REMOVED FROM NATE'S "care" and why she wants nothing to do with Nate now: The reasons are beyond the "negligence" charges. And if the boy don't shut his mouth...well, I can't be held responsible for what others around me have been wanting to share publicly.
  
  LET ME BE REAL CLEAR: THIS IS A REFLECTION ON NATE aand not his daughter. It is mean to say these things publicly, but it is downright wicked to lie about shit like molestation in a person's family (WHICH NATE HAS DONE MANY TIMES ABOUT ME AND MY FAMILY) ...and we'll get to that in an entirely separate entry.

More importantly, I can tell you who isn't being called "daddy"--at least not by their eldest child-- Nate Livingston. Nate should be ashamed FOR THE REASONS WHY...

Oba uneducated? Just know that Taft H.S. and UC carry the transcripts for him. Oba in fact finished 3rd in his class with honors; same class as elitest coon-white-woman-marrying Judge Wm Mallory. (Mallory finished 1st in the class).
Oba didn't finish his bachelor's at UC in the 80s. He did, however, come out with an Associate of Arts. He did well while he was there and left quite a mark on the Afrk Studies division in that era. The people are still around that will tell you such.

Oba's impact on the community? Folks came up with quarter of a million dollars in property and money to get him out of jail because these NON-RELATIVES believed in his innocence and the upstanding walk he attempts to live personally and "actively" for the people. Folks don't do that shit for just anybody. God Bless "The Community" who cared and came to our aid.

When Nate went to jail, the community did nothing. (In times past folks did rise to the occassion, but he burnt the shit out of so many people that when those opportunities presented themselves to again help the little coon out, those same folks and others were like, "yeah, right!")

Bear in mind, Thomas Jefferson also called Sally Hemmings a wife when they were behind closed doors).

Regarding the real deal with this situation with my T.V. show
After about 1 p.m. on the February 3rd edition of The Willie Cunningham Show (700 WLW am Radio) The General Kabaka Oba and His Princess with The Black Fist (me) appeared.

Black Power!

Don't believe the hype and damage control that will inevitibly come as a result of our appearance (likely on Thomas Jefferson's website or his lame ass weekly radio show).

Now look folks. The only reason we even took the time to mock, dog out, impersonate, and even mention The COON Patrol (The likes of Livingston, L. Ware, "Junebug" George Beatty, Coon-at-Law Lawson, ) is because when we were shut up during Kabaka's frame up with the law, THESE very mutha*@** were going at it! THEY ALL were having a field day just doggin' us, defaming us, lying on us, on all different media outlets (primarily COON am Radio). Let us not forget their cut-throat presence in the blogosphere at that time (as well as the present). So, no they didn't necessarily have to do with the attack by Thomas Jefferson on my t.v. show. They had EVERYTHING to do with attacks on us then and some even now.

The People's General couldn't say shit for a great length of time thanks to those people! He had that rights-infringing gag order thrown on him. I, as a potential witness in the legal proceedings, had to shut-up nearing the actual court
date(s).

These aforementioned COONS took that opportunity to kick us when we were waaaaaay down for the count. But I do say, "...I NEVER see the righteous forsaken."
(Not even "the righteous" with a fly, raw way of getting her point across. LOL)

So. Does their wrongdoing make our media assaults morally right? (which is really our truths and some of our good old fashion "mean spiritness")

I can tell you this much. They did us in, in every conceivable way at that time. Usually using that local COON Radio station.

We, when it is time to turn the guns around, used the white folks' station at 50, 000 watts, baby. And it is killin' these scumbags. So they can continue bitching and moaning.
