Assassin(S) camped out and waited for the General to come out of where he is EVERY week at the same time: Cincinnati CITY HALL in BROAD DAYLIGHT IN LUNCH HOUR DURING THE PUBLIC CONVENING OF THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING.
The General had just aired his very last public grievence on a matter with Cincinnati Police as he walked out of of the PUBLIC GOVERMENT FACILITY in Broad Day Light where a City Camera was right across the Street at the Cross Intersection of Plum & 9th Streets (which incidently conveniently didn't catch any footage of the assasination and no official will further address these cameras).
Someone MUST have called from inside City Hall to say that Oba was coming out of the building b/c the madman was staked out in the vehicle with obstructed liscense plates AROUND THE CORNER from City Hall.
Our Black Fist General walks boldly and quickly, as always, to his "Black Fist Mobile" park literally DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET at a parking meter.
Howard Beatty sped out of nowhere and jumps out of a car that had obstructed liscense plates
